All warranty claims MUST accompanied by ITSERVICES
invoice.
- Please ensure that all goods
returned are indeed faulty. An additional €30.00 +Vat per item
WILL BE CHARGED, if goods returned were fully functional after
inspection.

Warranty claims are voided if goods are tampered with, or reveal
any physical damages internally or externally (including failed
flashing of BIOS).
- All hardware comes with 12 months
Return To Base warranty (exclude consumable items)
- Warranty does not cover the damage
to other equipment used in conjunction with goods purchased from
ITSERVICES.
- Computer software & consumables are
not covered by any warranty, no refund will be given.
- All goods returned are subject to
minimum 20% restocking fees, and refund amount will be based on
the current market value only. Items can only be returned &
exchanged in original condition.
- All goods remains the properties of
ITSERVICES until payments in full.
- All overdue accounts will incur all
costs of collection pursuant to the terms
of the Late Payments in Commercial Transactions Regulations 2002
- For products whereby warranty is
covered by the manufacturer, there will be a manufacturer
Telephone number provided to the customer where on-site services
or maintenance will be arranged separately.
